Optimise web pages and emails

When optimising web pages and emails you need to keep it short and simple for the user to understand. You also do not want to too vague when keeping it short and simple. You need to find the balance between both sides. Optimising emails is a very easy and effective way to get the user to look at your emails. If the user can’t see what they are reading they are not going to read any of your emails so this is why you need to optimise emails for the phone. 85% of people use their phones to access their emails. (99firms.com, n.d.) (Marrs, 2022) (Gove, 2022)

Push Notifications

Push notifications you should provide the user with value when giving a push notification e.g. “You have max Energy; do you want to use it?”. This is a very effective way of sending push notifications so the user does not feel like you are harassing them with push notifications. Another way that is effective is having the users name or gamertag in the notification e.g. “users name” your town is under attack”. This is a very effective way to get the user engaged into the game again if they are not playing it. (Welch and Welch, 2022)
